Shortest reincarnation period you heard of ?
What's the shortest time you heard of someone reincarnating ?
Shortest, i've heard of or "experienced" was 11 years. Our dog returned to us after 11 years, after having passed away early 2000's.

I have heard of less than one year.
Concerning my own reincarnations, I still don't have enough information to tell you how much time passed between them. It is not exactly linear anyway. Time is an illusion.

in short, for those asking, our dog died in 2004, 11 years later, we decided to look for a pup again. we picked a bulldog, as previous one was a bastiff. this year we noticed we were calling the pup by her old name for some reason. out of the blue.
She looks like her old self, even if she's a totally different breed, and she has the same energy and mannerism as the previous dog. i consulted the universe, and by golly. she is back.
We got her in her adulthood back then. This time we got her at 5 weeks old. it seems she wanted to experienced life with us again, but this time from the start of her life. So happy she is back, and she is such a wonderful dog.

It could be possible that the dog had several lives before she returned. She might have had a human life in the Middle Ages "in-between" as an example. Or several lives. It's not necessarily in order. Sounds weird, but I feel that you can reincarnate centuries or millenniums ago. Time only is linear in this dimension.
Lovely story anyway. Your dog must really love you.

There are some that believe in reincarnation believe that it's almost instant. Death to rebirth.
