Just supposing.......

..........the unpleasant 'you must be 'saved', or go to hell', dogma was true. How would you, as a 'born again' Christian, feel if someone as wicked as Hitler made a deathbed conversion, having never done anything decent in their life, yet an atheist who died trying to save others from his evil regime went to hell?

I just can't get my head around how anyone could find anything loving about a god who created such an unfair scenario.

God is perfect and is a perfect judge of whats in our hearts, and of the deeds he has done in our lifetime. I have total faith in God's faith and judgements.

I think God does not bother himself with judging people. He just enjoys the experience he gets through us.

But it isn't true.

You're making yourself as bad as the miscreant Christians you despise repeatedly suggesting such a thing and reinforcing the notion.

When you recognise the passage of the soul through repeated lifetimes, and the self-regulation of free will and karmic justice, then you understand.

I have to say, rather a lot of threads in a similar derogatory vein.... That's not what SF is about and I think you've made your point.

Meanwhile, as prophesied through the ages of the writings, after Jesus had gone through such trial and torture for you, being Pure, why would anyone reject Him?

"This is my body, broken for you"...

"This is my blood, shed for the remission of sins"...

"Do this in remembrance of me."

There is no need to try and make sense out of nonsense, or to reason the unreasonable, or to try and reason with the unreasonable. Trust yourself.
