Who tells us to come back?

Hi all, if you believe in reincarnation then there has to be someone to tell us or make us come back to another life. Who would that person be?

Yourself! from what i have learnt, you have a choice on whether you want to reincarnate or not. I think some religions think one doesnt have choice, but personally i think we do.

Whether we come back or any of the nuances involved in where we come back & how are entirely up to us. We have a spiritual team to work w/ after we are nonphysical, just as we do right not, but they aren’t giving us orders. We are now & after we are nonphysical FULL partners w/ the Universe.

As Tammy has said, I believe also we decide when we come back.

Currently, and As a rule, we each decide for ourselves, if spiritually able enough, it is automatic, or, a higher spiritual being will guide someone back.
Because we each forget from one lifetime to the next, being outside the physical universe can be like, fish out of water.

Note: There are no "lessons", because a higher spiritual being who might guide someone back knows, that someone it guides back will "forget" and that we each forget from one lifetime to the next. Be careful what you agree with, because there is plenty of false-information on this subject...The Bible even has mention of this "forgetting", not that most individuals who read the Bible understand this verse or many other spiritual-type verses.

Isaiah 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

YOU do. Tammy is right. WE choose it! As silly as that seems right now, you and your guides as well as other Divine helpers work with you to choose the best possible lessons to work through in your incarnations :)

I once regressed myself to pre-life.

There I was, happily chilling with the different flavours of God (aka souls). We were one big bundle of energy divided up like a jigsaw.

I remember thinking about stuff. The nature of being an individual - and my energy 'border' drew back slightly without me noticing.
I then remember thinking physical thoughts. WHOOSH. Uterine awareness of being back on Earth. First thought was "Oh God not here again."

I later read Yogananda writing about how any physical desires cause us to incarnate on Earth.
