Weird Astral Projection Attempt?

This morning I decided to attempt an astral projection, And I got far enough to feel the vibrations but gave up shortly after as I was still super tired and couldn't wait that long. Anyway, I fell asleep again, and when I woke up I just laid there, wide awake, for about ten minutes. And eventually my body felt like pins and needles and for some reason I decided to see if those sensations were telling me to attempt to astral project again. I think I was just being silly, and didn't think it was actually going to work but I tried moving my hands and it felt exactly like it did when I almost astral projected. I felt my whole body moving out and my heart racing like crazy all in the space of a few seconds, and when I opened my eyes my room looked slightly different. I immediately tried going back into my body because I was not prepared at all, and when I went back my eyes became to blink rapidly and I felt like I couldn't move. I repeatedly just told myself that I was ok and after about a few seconds I was back to normal and felt as if nothing ever happened. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this, thanks guys!

The fact that I have no idea what happened to me because I happen to be quite new at projecting?? Don't comment on my threads if you're going to be condescending and not read what I've actually written.
