I found this. Don't know if it is the same you are asking about.
ORA, a statistically based research wing of the American branch of PON performed detailed exploration into the validity and practicality of various traditional esoteric methods. Original research from the ORA Project was published in the organization’s journal The Stone.

Thanks linen53 i googled it before but it's not what i was looking for. It's about spirituality and what's going to happen soon but i don't know what it is, it's being kept very secret and no one really knows about it.i thought maybe someone in this forum knows something.
