My husband is disturbed today. He even had to take extra anxiety meds. He says when he gets like that, something very good or bad happens, never fails... my uncle is like that too. I'll keep you posted if something happens to him..

Also over the years the poor guy has seen 11:11 so much hes scared of it for some reason :(

Some people are more aware of the natural interconnectedness of their own life one with other life forms. So in his noticing, he is seeing himself and perhaps the external as one together coming into his space of feeling and anxiety.

I notice those with the 11.11 doorway opening, when they don't have the bigger picture in the immediate sense of its appearance, it tends to activate their fears related.

Yet perhaps you could let him know that its often through that fear that the doorway is opening to show you more of you and life that can be less infused with fear and more open to know its joy in everyway of the interconnectedness of life. Often until we let go of fears within, things of this nature can feel very disturbing. But really it is life moving in everyway life does. Good and bad however you wish to describe life experiences. It is life and we really have to find ways to cope that keep us in a healthy state of balance to get on with our own life.

I never meditated before or I only did it when I was three years old, at that time my consciousness could go out of my body. After that I quit and never do it again. Now I know when we meditate it's a way to attract spiritual beings to us ,he can be good or bad. If you were lucky ,you are of good help. Otherwise is more harmful than help....

Meditation is the most easy way to be reached by spiritual beings. I don't encourage people to practice it. But when you have tried it you will automatically attached to it for your whole life, even when you lay down at the time you just close your eyes before you sleep . It's because the benefit and harm come together and it's hard to distinguish the good or bad.

For your husband's case I think some spiritual beings is connected to your husband but don't panic. Just try to find way to solve the problem. They are many experts here to help you so let others to response to show you the way. Good luck.

The 11:11 symbol is something else. It is just a demonstration of synchronicity.

Nothing really happened that day, but I was disturbed because I was waiting for a phone call (still didn't get it) and my own anxiety was up for various reasons.

It's called 'confirmation bias'. I don't think it's much of an 'ability', though. Neither is it spiritual in nature.
