Strange Energetic experience. over whelming, Help?
Extreme heat at the top of head, Blurred vision, heightened energy, accelerated heart rate, Ringing in ears and voices, asking me to leave my body?
Almost was pulled from my body? Had to fight to stay physically conscious, but mentally was totally aware.
Ended up saying I dont know how, and everything stopped. \
Any advice help or comments welcome!!

Earlier in the year my crown charkra just felt like it wanted to explode with heat. A nice cold shower worked well. Multiple of them 
Maybe grounding and time alone. |

It was just an average day and then My crown became active.
I think i might have been trying to keep a meditative state going.
I was being asked to leave my body by some voices, my imagination, who knows. I told them that i didnt know how to astral project and they seemed surprised and slowly left. it took awhile for the energy to fade.

I just wish I had more of an Idea of what is going on with me.
I keep have dreams about my chakras, and they are all I can see.
And some energy keeps becoming present and trying to say hello?
Trying to come into my energy too? Trying to connect with me? lol
I know it is "fear" of the unknown which is holding me back from understand, which is funny, because I am in fear because i do not understand... and i do i not understand because I am in fear....
I feel like i am suppose to be doing something but i can't figure out how to do it, and now I need help from some one... or maybe I dont but i feel like i Do just because so many strange things seem to be happening, along with my kundalini and i dont really know what to think about.

I would say protect your self as many different ways as possible and try to get back to that state. If u still hear those voices I would listen to them. To me if I try to respond to them the link fades. But if I just let it happen it happens. Try not to respond just stay meditating and see what happens.
