Micro Commitments

I am trying to develop a software that combines multiple affirmations, which in effect become partly subliminal, along with micro-commitments. The person ticks boxes after each affirmation. A bit more to it..

Does anyone have any knowledge regarding micro-commitments? I associate them with vibrational groups and the law of sympathetic vibration.

I feel the types of affirmations would be different based on the individual and what they're needing them for and what they're wanting to work on.

It's something that is intention based, and one's intention that is put into the affirmation, to help them get out of lower frequency and to higher their frequency, cause when they use them are going to pay attention to what gives them strength which helps them work thru whatever they're using the affirmation for; to see that and where it is helping them.
