Made tomorrow’s dinner; stuffed bell peppers with leftover quinoa, ground turkey and spinach, citrus supremes! will make a pan of “blondies” tomorrow for hubby’s work.

Oh my God, I would have never have guessed that was the chicken (rooster) who was on the back of the Buffalo that started the whole thing!

Dinner has certainly got more challenging around coronavirus!

I live in a high-density area with lots of grocery stores within walking distance; we're all used to being minimal on stocks and just hopping out quickly to get whatever. But it's like locusts have gone through and cleared all the aisles...!

Trying to stick to fresh foods at the moment because I figure people are less likely to stockpile those (barring potatoes and onions which are flying off the shelves)

- 1x sweet potato
- Some shredded tasty cheese
- 2 x eggs
- some mixed salad leaves

Boiled and mashed the sweet potato - then used the remaining hot water to soft-boil the eggs, then blanch the salad leaves. Bit of salt, olive oil and pepper to taste - ended up with a cheesy mixed veggie mash and soft boiled eggs as the protein.

Going down to the shops again tomorrow to try to pick up some more food :/ Maybe even just a roast chicken?

I had a Spicy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries and a Cookies & cream milk shake from a Doc's burgers .

Sad really, tealily, that this panic is all over the world. Here paper products are the hot item. One guy, I heard bought a whole pallet of toilet paper.

The stores are gutted. Just like what you have watched in movies. Literally gutted.

Last night I had leftover chicken fried steak. Tonight I will bake some pork ribs. Hubby is away so I don't have to share.

Blizzard last night and a few days off — decided to slow cook pizza.
I had not used the double o flour that was a Christmas present, sooooo,...

Dough made,.... (in my pajamas);
Mix, mix, mix;
knead, knead, knead &
practiced patience,
Danced around the kitchen,
while watching the dough rise! (in my pajamas)
Toppings made - (carmalized onions, braised spinach and kale, browned turkey crushed tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese)
Roll out the dough,
Sprinkle toppings
Bake, bake , bake
*all in my pajamas (sing song voice)
