No difference. If you fall asleep while meditating, sleep is the meditation form you need. “Sleep is the best meditation.”*says the Dalai Lama.

Well i dissagree, sleep is super relaxing but deep meditation has a type of bliss i can stay all day in that bliss but it seems to go on it's own.

I take deep meditation over sleep anyday!!!

Guided meditation is easier to me if anyone has any? Is there any other meditations you could suggest?

Have you tried holding crystals?

Thanks for all the reply's, great advice.

I have found this video about a buddhist that says you to be in the moment and watch your thoughts so that they don't go in the past or future but stay in the now and to observe your own self talk. That is to setup an foundation for the breathing meditation to obtain an Jhana. Jhana is an state of concentration you reach and it sounds awesome.

If you are observing the NOW you are observing sounds, thoughts and feelings and so you concentrating on three object and not just one. Is meditation not about concentrating on one object?
