Crystal , chants, and dream control

Greetings I am new here but I have been working on a method to help with Lucid dreaming. I use Crystals as my symbol to help me awake. These Crystals are based off the elements. Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Spirit.

The actual Control part that a person uses does not have to be Crystals just something that can help the REM sleep of the sub con to help wake up. I used this as a belief system to strengthen the CD's I play in the background.

The CD's are relaxing music in the background for me drums or flutes. Then I place chants overlaying with the music of the background to help wake myself up in the dream realm. To me the dream study was control of nightmares. The reason for the Crystals they give me a good defense while in the dream realm.

The symbolism can be a strong help with anyone studying dreams. Figuring out what symbol works best can help a person become lucid not only that once in control of the lucid one can train them mind further as well as use the lucid state as doorways for other matters.
