Ache for a past life

I don't ache for the life itself - just the place. There's such a longing for something so unquantifiable about it all. It feels like home, and the more I think of it, there's a dichotomy that's created from the joy and the pang of missing it so deeply.

Has anyone dealt with this? If you couldn't travel to said place right away, how did you handle the pain/dualistic emotions?

You might try one of the guided self hypnosis cds that let you chose the person/place of your chiose . I know Dic k Sthpen and Barrie Konicov and some others made some .

There is something there, in my opinion. When you get that gut feeling follow your heart. There are also self guided videos on You Tube.

A way to deal with not being able to go there is to visit that place through memories or to create the scenery on the astral plane so you can visit when ever you like.

A lot of places have changed over time . It might not look like it did from your past life there . A few places have not changed much tho. Some people live the same way they did hundreds of years ago .
