Clamping onto energy
Hi All,
Per my other threads - I am dealing with a lot of energy at present which I cant stabilise or centre. It feels like there is a large quite negative vertical column of energy on my left side and I cant seem to feel any sense of myself.
I seem to be clamping on energy in my gut and solar plexus - holding on for dear life - I have been like this for a few years now and am very confused by it all.
I cant really reach a still point because the energy is always moving - back and forth and up and down - it seems like blocks of energy that sometimes slip over one another - one going on top for a while and then another.
The one at me left hip always seems to one to 'roll in' to my lower abdomen
Anyone have any similar experience?

Sometimes I get a vibration pass through me and it makes my tongue vibrate against the roof of my mouth

Occasionally I get a bump or bang in the energy to the left of me - it feels extremely dense - particularly if I chastise myself for something

Sometimes the energy at the left of me crosses over my body and I dry vomit and wretch - as you can imagine not very comfortable.
