Hi Guys!
Just to say....since i have learnt to observe thought and not identify with thought as "who i am"..I havent become ill!
When we observe thought, withough getting involved with thought..like watching a tv and not paying attention...the body is relieved of stress..giving the immune system time to work its way!
Id reccomend observation of the self...thats all is needed ( of course apart from a decent diet etc)
