11.11 I hope you experiance something like it , it was so magical your a true dragon soul when I was younger always wanted to be welsh because of the flag xx but I like being scottiesh too much lol xx

I am sure you saw one... just like I am sure I saw and elf in Ireland. I think they are our inner guides... they want to tell us something we need at that moment of our life, we just have to discover what the message is :)

Sounds like a neat experience. I guess dragons, or some dragons, are astral beings, and or higher then astral?

I have tried but cant seem to switch my brain off phycics have told me that im putting up barriers without knowing it but i dont know how to take them down or were to begin x :-) |

Any relaxing music you can listen to, or take a bath or shower first? There are also many types of meditation. Including moving meditation.

You can look online to get some information about various types and methods of mediation. I'd suggest try some of them and you may well find one that appeals to you, or maybe several.
There are also guided meditations on youtube.
There is a section on this forum you can look over and ask questions.
