Hi all, so i had my first astral projection a few nights ago. I was napping sometime in the afternoon when separation occurred, not sure if its relevant but it was a very quick separation (about 7 seconds).
I have been told over and over and i completely understand that no harm can come to you in the astral planes but for some reason, i was extremely hesitant after opening my eye and peering in to the gloomy room. I feel like i was taken by surprise and didn't even move from the position i was floating in, just closed my eye and ended up back in my body.
The next time i project i want to be ready so any advise that may help would be greatly appreciated.
