Astral Projections

I've made a post here before about astral projecting which I personally don't want but as soon as i close my eyes I begin to find myself in strange places.Always among enemies both know and unknown.I see other making decisions for me without my own input and all those bad thing really materilize in real life.I've always wanted to leave but there are forces that kept holding me back.
Can someone tell me how to break from strong hold and manipulative forces that enforces their will on me.This only happen whenever I sleep and the interactions and experiences that i got is not even like they are in dreams it appear so real just like it's live.This has caused lots and lots of delay in my life I just always experience total stagnation.
I rememeber a time in the past when i went on a 3 days fasting and prayers,I did a very powerful prayer sessions and slept i was surprise to feel someone place their two hands on my neck to choke me to death,even though i slept alone in the room.Is simply some strange forces took hostage of my life and won't let me go.
When I'm awake,anytime i kept hearing some strange voices like birds which no metter where i go only me hears it people around me don't.
Even one time in that dreams someone was telling me if I don't know they are the one directing my movement and places i find myself.
If anyone has been through this please share your experience and how you overcome the issue.

Meditation is a good start, sitting alone, in silence, completely still, mentally and physically. This will increase your awareness, it will make you more aware, more present here, more present in the sense of beingness.

Hearing birds singing? I hear them from time to time, my grandma used to hear this too. It's like being in the middle of nature, in the middle of a forest and hearing these beautiful birds singing.

Feeling like being chocked to death? Happened to me once, I was asleep and suddenly wide awake and could only move my head, but paralyzed below head, and a hand was choking me to death. People told me that it may have been a hearth problem, years later I got sick and felt same sensation near the neck while wide awake and indeed it does feel like being choked, like someone is strangling you.

If you have that ability, as you relax, close your eyes, you entire into different dimensions of reality, then.. sky is the limit you just have to bring back the control to you for in the astral realm or the mental realm, we have the control, you can literally do whatever you want and wish, your thoughts/intention act like commands there and manifest instantly.
