Words given while not asleep

Went to bed last night with the intention of just sleeping and I woke up in the early hours (don't know what time it was) but I rolled over, reached out to give my dog a stroke who's bed is next to mine (bad habit of him sleeping on and in the bed now resolved ) and and as I got comfy I received the words 'you're p.ssing Stephen/Steven off' whilst I wasn't even asleep. Thats a new one on me and its made me want to look into an idea I've had because of it.

My thoughts were on a documentary I'd watched before bed about 'Jesus' and I didn't think anything of it as I wasn't meditating or asking questions.

Actually, I'm a bit

I've just read up on the meaning of the name 'Stephen' and it means 'Crown/that which surrounds' and there's a 'Saint Stephen' (deacon) from the New Testament and known as the first Christian martyr. I've never read the bible and my knowledge of 'Jesus' was very limited to basics I learned as a child. I'm not religious so don't have much knowledge of any particular religion either, Christian or otherwise! So Saint Stephen was stoned to death and I'm about to go and read why....
