a wild guess:
you are being told to get a move on.
if a turtle can chase you down, you're moving too slowly.

That makes sense. Maybe there's something you want or need to to but your subconscious feels its taking too long. |

I just googled this: To see a turtle in your dream symbolizes wisdom, faithfulness, longevity, and loyalty. It also suggests that you need to take it slow in some situation or relationship in your life. With time and patience, you will make steady progress.
