Question about energy.

I have noticed that I give off a lot of energy all the time without meaning to if I don't have energy blocks up, and it is hard to take them down once I do put them up. I also soak up any energy around me by mistake. I wanted to know what this implies to anyone, and what I can do about it.

I dont like the idea of putting up energy blocks and here are my reasons.
You can view them as protection which is also you saying to the universe that I am afraid and need protection.The law of attraction will see you living in this state of fear and will continue to give you things to fear. ...this results in you putting up more blocks.........you end up living in a bubble/isolated from the energies around...missing out on the new and wonderful energies that are all over the planet now.

Learn to protect yourself by having a strong energetic core of love and the law of attraction will give you lots of things in your world to love...a beautiful landscape to see,beautiful music to listen to,a career to love,people to love.

There will also be energies(people) that come close that you may not be able to deal with at first so instead of putting up blocks,use your physical energy and walk away and stay away from these people/places until you are strong enough to face them without blocks.

If you are doing any rituals that require protection then dont do those rituals anymore...
