Yes we can. In fact we may grow stronger and nurture the self/soul more when they are not around. But it could go either way. Your soul could also wilt.

for me, it's an all encompassing thing. you are just devastated to your core when they are not around you. it's like they are a sibling, lover, friend, parent, and child all wrapped up in one.

You learnto deal with it. I call it evening it out. Not sure how I will manage when it is time to move away from the town we both live in.

But if I learned anything from reading and sharing with most of you on tf/sm forum is no distance will stop that pull. So I think what best is how to level it or even it out.
