micro-sessions of meditation into the routines of our daily life
hey i have started to practice medidation during lots of things like doing chores, waiting in the drs office. WALKING on the treatmill etc..
is all this really helpful? I mean i have a lot of trouble when i sit down and medidate like i have trouble cocentrating but i started this.
Does anyone do this? is it really beneficial?
