does anyone here use flower essences?

someone suggested i try a particular essence, and I was shocked when i realized there was a whole entire world of therapy i had never heard of! i was going through a bad breakup and had reached the limit of what i could handle emotionally and i tried one. and i have to say, it worked! it didn't cure my heartbreak, but it made life bearable and helped me to start processing the hurt. i was at a breaking point and practically bed-ridden.

i've recently started taking a few others to address other things in my life as well. i'm looking forward to the results. just wondering if anyone else here has used them.

There was an old member here that used to swear by flower essences. He's no longer around these forums. I have used some on occasion. Like rescue remedy... But have not really had any success with them. But have not given them a proper chance in my life. Much like EFT.

I only tried it out of extreme desperation. I thought it was ** but I was so sad I was willing to try anything. You should give it another shot. No side effects so it can't hurt. They say if you try it and you dont see any results it may be because you are using the wrong essence, meaning you are not addressing the right issue so your body absorbs it but it won't have any effect, negative or positive.

I use the flower essences on a frequent basis, I feel quite attuned to them and I get drawn to different ones at different points in my life, they always turn out to be relevant to what's going on. I find the effects quite subtle but always seem to shift me more towards balance and wellbeing.

Wow..glad to hear about other success stories. Since my TF and I broke up Ive been on quite a journey of self discovery. I initially tried Sweet Chestnut to help get me out of the bed; I was so heartbroken. Now Im using a personal formula (you can have several combimed in one bottle) for creativity, procrastination, and letting go. So far so good. Thanks for the feedback!

How does everyone use their flower essences? I tend to put mine in a herbal tea but I was wondering whether that's still effective? I figured the energy of the flower essence would still be infused in the water but because they are made of alcohol would that mean it would just evaporate away? I feel like they are still effective in the tea but I have just been pondering it for a while!

I put them directly under my toemgue. Ive never put them in water, though that is a popular way to take them, I've read.
