Tips on how to lower my energy output? I've got so much energy that it turns into fire energy and spreads if I don't spin it out of my system.

It's all about meditation, yoga and tai chi can help with this as well. By understanding your body and the way your energy works and flows, you can begin to control and create then you can also remove, manipulate, and restrain.

as Rumar said.... grounding and balancing through meditation (yoga, tai chi or other) can help to keep your energy system in order. Also finding a proper channel of expression for your energy can help - use that energy constructively through art, exercise, ranting, etc.

The only reason for part of ones energy to turn into fire is one trying to not radiate whilst having mass...
The mass, if given enough time will through its gravitational force concentrate your femenine energies to the point where they have turned into fire.

Nothing wrong with that "Working as intended"... Just make sure to circulate your energies some, that'll make sure it doesnt all turn into fire.

Circulation is the act of meditating where one pushes ones energies with the solar plexus up the core of the crown (wherefrom it trickles back down in the form of femenine energies).
In the beginning, there is a need to first spent time focusing on the energy area located on the backside of your spine right below the solar plexus... fill it, expand it 'till its full..
But dont stop here, keep filling it, and the excess will effortlessly/automaticaly shoot up the crown.
