More problems???

Earlier today I was at church, and when we were supposed to be praying (I wasn't, I don't know why), my arms felt like someone was grabbing them for a second like they were trying to shake me. This quickly evolved into my arms feeling as if they were on fire. They felt hot, and I could feel the "flames" licking my arms. It was almost painful. This lasted until sometime when I had left the building as I chose to ignore it as best as I could, and before I knew it the feeling dissapated.
I'm not sure if this information would help, but normally when I meditate and try to focus my energy, I focus it to my arms. These feelings, however, are more intense than any of my previous sessions. Any explanations or information on what could have caused this?

Sounds like someone was trying to get your attention. Run back through the memory and trace the source. You may find the answer to some of your questions there :)

What are you trying to achieve?

Perceived heat is very frequently a healing energy.
Could "someone" in spirit, possibly be channeling healing through you?

You can very likely "look" back during meditation and get some insight, or simply ask for clarification.

I focus on my arms during meditation because I'm trying to get to a point where I can use energy, which I mainly "perceive" as going in and out my hands (although I'm sure energy can enter/ leave anywhere). Thanks for answering. For a while I thought I had accidently hit a sensitive topic since I mentioned both church and meditation.

Why don´t you try in placing your hands together and making them go warm till Hot!! Then place them somewhere else onto you and when you feel there quite warm till hot on that area of yours, then you have it! You´ve now become a Healer!

If it was my healing guide he chose a rather violent method, lol.

Which reminds me, today my manager at work told me my hands were hot (I had grabbed her shoulder). She then said I could become a masseus, and I wouldn't need hot rocks 'cuz my hands are already warm enough. I didn't even try to make my hands hot.

Speaking of masseus's, I've been getting weird urges to massage peoples (mainly girls) shoulders lately. They don't mind it, but still... I'm weirding myself out with this!
