I might actually do this as a spontaneous class. Right now I am having my hands full with the guide finding assistance.

recommend robert bruce
i agree with ribiq and the others who talk about tactile body awareness. at first i made slow progress with energy work, but i grabbed robert bruce's Energy Work: The secret of healing and spiritual development. after getting the basics down i made progress like crazy and energy work has become possibly the most important thing in my life. i really do enjoy it. my advice in a nutshell is to work with literally feeling the sensations, not visualizing. it can be frustrating at first but it doesn't take very long to get results. i am a newbie at talking to others about this stuff but i would love to try and answer some questions and help others with their energy work.
