Home remedies to cure BP.
Hi there....i have some home remedies you should try to cure you blood pressure.
1- Salt Water : Mix one-half teaspoon of salt in water and drink
2- Raisins - It is ayurvedic remedy for BP. Soak 20-40 raisins in a cup of water overnight and eat them one at a time. Keep doing this till one month.
3- Almond with Milk : Soak 5-8 almonds in water overnight. In the morning peel off and gring it into paste. then boil the paste in a cup of milk. Drink it every Morning.
4- Carrot Juice : make fresh carrot juice and add honey and drink first when you woke up with an empty stomach and in evening.
