"In times of difficulty, you may need to sit with emotion to discover how this ‘tail of the tiger’ can lead you inward to tap your Authenticity. The tiger can be the emotion you feel but treading suggests observing without acting on it. Allow feelings to have life within you without needing to give them a label. This energy will ignite deeper levels of awareness for you in the sense of Spiritual direction. Energy does not die and by allowing for its expression you can actually allow it to transform you. Each day is a piece of a puzzle, a gift that will unmask your character and reveal your destiny. The Tiger of emotion or fear only bites when you run from it or try to cage it."[/QUOTE]
Me likes this fits my view..

I am noticing the slower and more mindful I become in my daily living, the world around me feels so much faster. I am reminded of my past. The challenge is to stay more present with them in their rush and painbody, so that too is a gift to stay more present with what is moving and stay grounded.

Ah yes. It is the transformation of myself and I'm interesting in hearing the before and after of this transformation. What aspects of you have changed? From what and to what? Have perceptions changed? Has a new perspective emerged?

Yes I would describe it as a new perspective. It's all very new and I'm learning. It does require practice I am finding. The mind is not used to this new perspective and easily falls back into its habitat ways.

I think whatever the inner experience becomes is determined by intention. My intention is to undo past conditioning/ingrained beliefs that no longer serve me and to find a better way of being in the world. I do see it as únmasking my chararcter as it says in your quote.
