Can you change the way that you feel right now?

Or do you wait for something to come along and change It for you?

Hmmm my answer to this would vary depending on ths situation. I would probably tend towards saying that you can change the way you feel right now. But only if you want to.

Hehe my first thought when I read that last message was....''there's a free will issue hiding in there!''.

I would say no, there is no free will, but its helpful to pretend there is sometimes. Tolle said (something like)....a master lives in such a way as if s/he is choosing exactly what s/he is feeling or experiencing in each moment.

So a man that Is grumpy and stubborn has to be "that way" Until he Isn't?

And he can't do a thing about It?

From a no-free-will perspective, it has to be that way....until it doesnt.

However, it can be helpful to pretend sometimes that we can do something about these things. The point being, attaching to the belief that there is 'no choice' is not helpful.

So would you say that It matters not how much therapy or healing an individual may recieve for certain Issues (In respect to the way that they are) - for none of the Issues will be healed or resolved by anyone other than the self..

And when the time Is right for them..

Well....I think the thing is that its our lack of trust in Divine Timing that creates a lot of difficulty, stress and worry. So I do think that therapy and healing and practices can be helpful. They can help individuals to be more at peace with themselves so that they can trust more in the process of life, to trust more in the perfection of all that is.
