A moment in nowhere - that's poetic.

Now, The moment in said nowhere would have to be pretty spectacular to want it, I'm thinking.
Why avoid living a human life - because there is something better?

Right now is eternity --eternity is the eternal moment that is simply now...
That one can find everything in this moment, all is possible, all is great,
all is meant to be and perfect.

We tend to dismiss emotions because we don't know how to deal with the discomfort of our negative emotional patterns.
But we can learn how... to release old programming from the past
and to accept the constant flow of energy as we experience each moment.

This is learning to breathe in the Middle Way... neither avoiding nor indulging in emotion
but being increasingly present from the quiet center, with whatever is arising.
