Little Buddha (1993)

Anyone? I enjoyed how it told the story of Siddhartha and a reincarnation explanation.

I've been thinking about reincarnation pretty much lately ever since I attended a refresher on soulmates karma and reincarnation last month. Things make a whole lot of sense actually. Why we're living the life that we have now and the connection it had in the past.

One of my favourite movies of all time. I loved the bit about compassion and how Siddharta learnt how to use it to overcome his troubles.

Watched it yesterday. I'm a Keanu fan (both as an actor and person) so I had to watch it. It was an entertaining movie, but I think it got a not-so-great rating because of his attempted Indian accent, also the scene where his mother gives birth while singing. It didn't really bother me though. The ending was an ever so slight disappointment, overall i enjoyed it. Gave it 7/10 on IMDB

Oh I greatly enjoy this movie! It's the kind of movie I can watch over and over and never get tired of it. My most favorite part is when Siddhartha discovers "The Middle Way". It's something I currently practice in my life, finding balance between work, leisure, indulgences, etc.
