Had to comment on this one just because of the bubbling over bit. I call it percolating.
It happens a lot and I love it. My bf says "it's just chemicals going off"...whatever, I still enjoy it. It especially happens when I'm at a couple trails I adore to be at running or just walking about and "playing" something ignites and I am soaring, percolating...filled with crazy joy and love...I really can't contain myself (and don't want to). It's amazing and I wish I could stay there always.
