New Domain, 4 Years of Hosting Service
So, for whatever reason, I purchased a Domain Name and 4 years of Hosting service today, and I haven't a clue what I want to do with it...

I already have a site dedicated to spirituality, even though it is stagnant, so I'm not certain what I want to do with this new site. I guess I am digging for ideas with this post. Perhaps there is one or more geniuses here who can fertilize my imagination.

Not an answer to the purpose of your new domain, just a friendly suggestion.
Create some disposable Email addresses that you can give to organizations you don't wish to hear from again or don't trust. At least one should be used as a recovery address for when you loose your password or your account gets hacked.

CV,
You have one other site which is stagnant and this one under construction,what are you wanting to achieve?
What's the end goal?
Are they a creative outlet?
Killing time in isolation?: p
Have some vision for the website for starters.
Start with a theme with meaning.
Eg:
Blue Star Spiritual Meaning – Fresh Start For Earth |

No I don't think you have. I re read the OP after you mentioned the word stagnant, and then thought OP has been sharing things from it, plus maybe adding more to it recently as well. So OP describing it as stagnant didn't seem right to me. I wasn't having a pop at you
