I just finished watching the season 4 opening episode on Netflix! ....and all I can say is wow!
I won't spoil it for anyone but I already think Netflix has picked up the game on this show a lot!
P.S.......a little tease!
Chloe is clearly up to something as per the final scene.

Ok...I'll binge Season 3...thanks for the reminder!
They have it on discs, btw, too.

I'll probably do that - just because I really liked the series and wouldn't mind revisiting it from time to time

I've watched the first two episodes from season 4 now and I must say they've really picked up the ball and ran with it. My only complaint is that most of the actors look significantly older now, or in the case of Lauren German, unnaturally botoxed up. I have a tough time adjusting to Chloe with zero facial expressions, one of the highlights of the show was all the faces she made, particularly when Lucifer said or did something silly.
I will never understand why actors do this once they approach 40, it is career suicide. Hint: Helen Mirren and Maggie Smith get plenty of work, Goldie Hawn doesn't get any. Why? because you have to be able to move your face to act.

I really enjoyed Season 4, very good. Lots to make you think about, layers, things to recognize in ourselves. I felt it had less "cheese" to it than Seasons 1-3, although there was still a fair chunk of it. I felt the funny parts were subtler and more natural.
Definite improvement. If you liked Buffy and/or Angel, I think you'll like Lucifer.
