Bows deeply
Heya folks!
My name is Mattias, 27 years old currently traveling and WWOOF'ing my way around the world. Started my, presumably and hopefully, life long journey two months ago here in South Africa. I'm from Sweden originally.
Anyways, i've opened my eyes lately to spiritual matters, always been interested, but this past year has been somewhat 'magical' as a lot of things I cannot explain fully has happened to me, synchronicities and pleasant circumstances. I came here to these forums to, hopefully, find answers.
Why i'm traveling at the moment is because for the bigger part of my life i've had a "tugging" feeling inside of me telling me to leave all my possessions and "get out there". Ofc, I did like everyone else,ignored this inner voice, started drinking and became severely depressed. This lasted for years and years, I ended up in bad situations and lost a lot of friends. But one day life literally kicked me in the face, gave me an option: Either I commit suicide or I listen to that inner voice and go live my life. I chose the latter and here I am. Since then I've met so many wonderful person, having amazing discussions about life, society, change, energies, spirituality, discussions I never had, or could even imagine myself having, before I decided to follow what I believe to be my path. I've given up everything I own, my job and my home to pursue this inner voice, to see where it leads me.
That's my story and my introduction.

Hello Mattias and Welcome to SF. You will certainly find answers here, and love and encouragement.
Good luck on your journey. I hope that you find what you are looking for. It was a big step to take but it will pay off.

Hi Mattias and welcome to SF.
Opening to the wonderous possibilites is indeed magical. Each of us on our journey are imo guided to where we are meant to be. Everything happens for a reason, so embrace the new, never regret and embrace the past with love. It's brought you to where you are now. We have to know who and what we are not before we know who we are :).
