Great post, here are some things to consider. I broke down one of your paragraphs. 
1. I have free will. True
2. People have free. False
Determining who does and does not have free will is taking away there choice.

They can decide to be stupid.
They can decide to be insincere.
Impossible to know what anyone, but yourself, is truly believing although approximations can be undertaken, for if this wasn't the case - the words deception, misunderstood, ackward would not have been invented by the human population, only to name but a few. It is merely a reflection of ego.

Who is anyone to place judgement and determine anything. It is the individual in question that determines their own fate, thus is the concept of free will, for personal choice is based around determining exactly what does and doesn't have to do with you.

Either you or them are meant to learn something. Just do whatever you think is right.
There is this Course in Miracles book(available as pdf). Maybe its ideology will help you further ?
