Glad you liked the words to the song enough to buy it. The song itself has a nice sound to it.
I believe she wrote it for her daughters........

There was 1 or 2 of her other songs I took a listen to and got, plus a few more country songs, which I didn't have any of, Johnny Cash and Ricky Skaggs, love bluegrass.

I couldn't think of anything when I first read this thread, but I guess a good enough goodbye thought would be: Hasta la vista, baby! Or See ya on the flip side.

Reminds me of the Jimi Hendrix poster "....Meet you in the next world..don't be late"

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

That is a great song WS.

I think if I had to pick a song as my own eulogy it would be 'One Summer Dream' by ELO.

Nice Humm........I just checked it out and I really liked this verse:
"Warm summer breeze blows endlessly,
Touching the hearts of those who feel,
One Summer Dream, One Summer dream."

I notice a pattern in this thread that I have noticed before...........some people seem to really love life and with some people it seems that they can't wait to get out.............lol

I've noticed that pattern on the forum as a whole more than on this thread, but I for one am in nooooo hurry! I'm going to deal with and plow through as many tough days as I can while here and I love it here! I love the gift of life, no matter how dark and painful it gets to be sometimes.
