An appraisal

I work for a real estate consulting firm. I was reviewing an appraisal (a 111 *ding ding* page document appraising the value of a *church*). The appraiser's name was my twin's first name and middle name. It was dated his birthday, and the value was 690,000. It was 111 pages long, and I happened to save it to my computer at 1:11. The appraisal was unusual, in that the appraiser went off on tangents talking about his own opinions about the financial markets. Appraisers are supposed to remain 100 % factual. My twin is well known for his work and unique political beliefs, and these beliefs were being expressed in this appraisal. Also, I think I was given a hint in the appraisal as to what we are supposed to do together--I think answers are starting to come. It's crazy!
