Night VS Day
I always feel better when day is and when I have a connection to the sun.
During night I always feel kinda drained, I don't feel the Sun's energy and maybe I am even depressed.
Does anybody feel like this?
Is there any solution to this problem?

Being a Leo, I'm a natural for the sun. Make more of deliberately absorbing it while it's there. A sun salutation in the morning might be an idea. I hate winter for the short days and cold. But I've also made something of the darkness. I looking on it as a time to be productive; do most study (if you can call it that) behind spiritual work along with various practices - meditation, contemplation, and if it's on the agenda, programming dreams; so that I can enjoy the day without worrying about observances and those practices and just "be"... Let what I've learned apply itself.

There's a natural tenancy to feel this way. It's biological in nature so don't think of it as a problem. As far as being drained, night serves the purpose of sleep. Our senses are not as sharp as during the day. Night at least for me has a feeling of stress to. Most people don't feel as safe as day time. Day time is a less threatening environment and time for us. Have worked many shifts and hate midnight shifts the most. The body does get into a routine.

It could be Seasonal Affective Disorder. Although it mainly occurs during the winter months, some people can experience it on a more regular basis, including nightly when the sun goes down. The lack of light can leave one feeling drained or depressed.
Often times though, it is a chemical response within the body or the lack there of, so you may wish to see a doctor to determine if this is the case. It could also be that you have low vitamin D.
