I was hoping to figure it out on my own, too. But in the end my answers came through a card reading and a chat with the spirits. The answers I got, did surprise me and didn't match my assumptions.

I do not have as test per say but what I found is that all the aspects of my spiritual tools, work, abilities and guides have, in coming to me shown that they are all connected to the air element. Those aspects that I move in the strongest are those that are connected to air element. This is how I learned of mine. It was a process that unfolded itself, and in writing in my journal and researching the air element was prominent.

Incidentally, is there any way I can make use of the fire energy in particular? So far, the only way I can recall using it is to give fire energy to others with abilities.

I am not sure if you are addressing me but I would suggest learning about how fire works, all the uses it is a part of how it ties to other elements, learning this will in turn help you to see how it can be used in spiritual work. Example, it can be used in and sent to keep someones spiritual embers burning, for someone who is low on energy. I can be sent to start a spiritual fire...and so on...learn all you can about how fire works in the universe.

Those two things I HAVE done. Sent fire energy to weary people with abilities, and once I made a fire in a holy circle in an astral place - as a signal. An aboriginal Elder showed up, so it worked nicely. Do this work for other spirits? Anything else?

Hi WhiteWarrior--if you have ever considered CandleMagic I would like to suggest a book entitled, "The Little Book of Candle Magic" by D.J. Conway.

I (personally) find working w/ CandleMagic is a great way to experience the power of ElementalFire. The Color Red belongs to ElementalFire--but remember to include the other Elementals--when performing CandleMagic--so as to maintain a healthy balance.

IMO--it is important to avoid calling upon too much of any one Element--because we could get more than we bargained for.

I have had a brief look at candle magick but it does not seem to be what I am looking for.

I have been told by three different psychics capable of perceiving energy AND a spirit, that receiving fire energy is quite pleasant. Does anyone have similar experience with this?
