Astral Projection Help

Hi everybody,
I almost astral projected one morning after I woke up, but when I tried to separate from my body there was a very loud noise in my head. I got scared which broke my concentration, and I woke up. I haven't been able to get to that stage again. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers!

First off our astral body never separates from our physical body. The reason that I am able to say that is because our astral body is not attached to our physical body to begin with. You see the astral body and physical body exist in completely different dimensions and so it is not possible for them to be inside of each other or to leave each other similar to how if you have one object in one location and another object in another location they cannot enter or leave each other unless they were in the same location. With that said the only thing that "leaves" our physical body through astral projection is our consciousness, nothing more. The only thing necessary to astral project is your consciousness must shift from your physical body into your astral body, once that has happened the projection has already begun even if you're not aware of it. As far as the noises you're just going to have to learn to ignore them or not allow them to alter your ability to focus.

Kobe that isn't going to happen. First off it would be a near miracle if someone was even capable of projecting into the RTZ space that your astral body is occupying. The only way that could ever happen would be if they lived near you, have been to your house, and the RTZ in your area is distortion free. Otherwise the chances of them finding your astral body in the RTZ are slim to none. If your astral body is in the astral planes there is practically 0 chances of them realistically finding you. But even if they were magically able to find your astral body they couldn't "pull you out" for many reasons. The first reason is because no astral projector is going to know how to do that even IF it was possible. But it is not possible because during dreaming and astral projection the only thing that leaves our physical body is our consciousness, nothing more. Your astral body is not some lifeless shell that only comes to life when you dream and project, it is a living body just like the physical body and has another extension of your consciousness living in it right now as we speak inside of the astral planes.

The astral body is never inside of the physical body to begin with, they exist in completely different dimensions so it is not possible for one of them to be inside the other. The only thing necessary for astral projection is that your physical body must be in a proper state of relaxation or sleep so that your consciousness can shift over from being inside of your physical body into your astral body. Unless your physical body is in the proper state there is no way that is going to happen, even if some master projector magically made their way to your astral body and used all of their ability to shift your consciousness. If you truly want to astral project then only you and you alone can make it happen, nobody else is going to be able to do anything other than give you advice on how to project. You have to put in the work to learn how to project and that is the only way it is ever going to happen.

No one can tell you what is true and what is not true. Everyone is different and has different opinions what is right and what is not right. What is true to one person may not be true to another person. The best and only way is to find out for yourself. Most importantly have an open mind. Things will happen accordingly to what you think.
