heart chakra pain ??
Hi Im currently in pain across.my heart chakra... Any idea how to repair it ?? Think I had a blockage or entity but has left me in physical pain now it open...

You can meditate with the heart as the object to concentrate on and to heal.
You should also visit the doctor to rule physical ailments out.

Namastey,
Specific Rudraksha or gemstones can be worn as per RRST to balance your Anahata (Heart) Chakra. Once the chakra is balanced all physical, mental and emotional symptoms disappear and wearer is face life with Compassion.
If this still not work you can perform Anahata Chakra Sadhana i.e Heart Chakra Meditation or visit a really good therapist for personal consultation.

I would recommend MCKS Pranic Healing with problems like these.
Just learn how to properly cleanse and heal the chakras.
If the problem is serious then find a certified PH therapist that can help you.
I am using this knowledge for years and it did miracles for me.
And don't play with your chakras it can cause serious physical and psychological problems. You must have proper education for this.

Did you just open the heart for the first time intentionally? These energy shifts can cause symptoms for a period of time after, as our body will need to adapt to its new setting. It's similar to exercising a muscle for the first time, as there will be soreness as the muscle adapts to a new setting.

Well It wasn't expected tbh.. I got a wack a build up of energy ..I'm not sure how long to expect this ache for and was looking for some advise.. how's one keep In tune with the energy shifts?

Usually they go away with time. If I was to suggest a way to speed it up,,, maybe some yoga stretches to open up the chest area. Acupuncture may help move energy. If there is a energy worker in your area tha t does reiki or acupuncture, maybe go see what they think
