need to gain weight soon..
Dear All,
It is imperatif that I gain at least 10 kg weight in about a month. I know it's better to focus on quality meals but I don't have time. My BMI is about 18 now and I need to get it over 20. By hook or by crook. No time to focus on healthy protein diet. Is this possible? If yes suggest me the food and frequency of diet. Thanks

Certainly carbohydrates like pasta, potatoes, bread, etc should help, and fats such as Avocados, nuts, things like peanut butter, Tahini, salad dressings etc. Eat as much as you like and maybe more than 3 meals a day. If you aren't vegan, then eggs and mayonnaise might help. Chocolate cake?
Be careful you don't take on too much unhealthy food as you may gain weight but sacrifice some fitness.
But some people find it hard to gain weight. I cannot gain weight no matter what I do, my weight stays the same and always has. Even when I eat my fill I don't put on weight. I guess it must be genetic, or I am too active and use up my calories.
