Color Body cleanse of toxins?

I know they say diet pills are bad about how about drinks or pills that helps cleanse your body? Do body cleanses really work or is it better just to drink water and try to lessen amounts of caffeine/sugar you drink?

Caffeine especially from coffee causes acid reflux for me, and I think it makes me more tired, and plus I hear that caffeine, and plus sugar can make one even more anxious/depressed.

I would love to know if those body cleanse products work for you guys personally?

I am at a normal weight but I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds or so.

Would water alone get rid of all the bad stuff in the body?

I did try acai berry cleanse(pills) and I had to run to the bathroom quite a few times, either that's what it is supposed to do, or I didn't need it but to be fair, my stomach is super sensitive. :/ Which is one of the reasons why I want to back off coffee. I just want to see if my anxiety and depression lessens without caffeine.

There are simple cleanses that are close to free:

Water cleanse - simply drinking 3-6 glasses of water first thing in the morning
Oil pulling
Fasting (1 day, 3 days, 7days.. Or even just sticking to only one plant or fruit for a week)

Of course, i'd advise you to google more on them before you attempt, as theres more to them then i mentioned. I think its a good start, as you wouldnt have to put in large amounts of money to see if it works

Just drink water and flush your system. Fasting might have the mental effect of making you feel like you're cleaning yourself out if you need that. But, you have internal organs (liver, kidneys, lungs, etc.) that are specifically in your body to remove "toxins."

There are things like Dr Stuarts Detox teas, but really its basically licorice and water, so water is just as good. Just do a 24 hour cleanse then you should be ok. Its a good thing to recolonise your gut with healthy bacteria.. Lactic food or a Bacillus Acidophylus cultre is great you can buy capsules of this from heakt food shops.. After a detox re introduce foods gently.. if you can tolerate dairy, natural yogurt with frut and runny honey and a few chopped nuts is a great start...
