Butterfly Healing

I almost want to keep this to myself but things shared can create more good energy for others .I am having the most amazing day ,Been sick depressed for weeks .Did three gazings with Live streamed Braco this morning and a deep grounding meditation. early i was seeing love everywhere ,my crown and third eye are dancing beautifully in light, I was just in my backyard standing on the earth and imagining I had roots growing from my feet into the ground, when I felt a little tickle on my finger ,it was a beautiful black velvet butterfly with white spots it startled me,and I jumped and it flew away but it then came back and landed on my shoulder 4 times in the glorious morning sunshine, it then flew and sat in front of me it was really looking at me the whole time I felt bathed in LOVE, I bowed my head to it and told it i loved it, It then flew all around my head and landed briefly directly on my third eye. It was the facing me again then went straight up in the air and over the roof. The amazing thing is Ive been looking for a spirit name for myself and been deciding on Resting Butterfly which I now know for certain with Thanks and Love to my beautiful winged insect spirit.
