Spiritual or Coincadent?

So, I accidentally broke a picture frame and the glass of course shattered all to pieces. I threw it all in a trash bag and left the bag sitting on the floor overnight. I had an off feeling about just leaving it there, but as it was really late, I just ignored the feeling and went to bed. The doors were already all locked up and all the lights were off, I really didn't feel like going through all the motions to just go outside to throw a bag away.

The next day when I went to throw the trash bag outside in the can, I kept telling myself over and over in my head to not let the bag accidentally hit me because I didn't want to accidentally cut myself..... Low and behold I cut my leg. This was the very thing that I worried about. The wound was somewhat deep and about an inch long. I got a wet rag and kept trying to clean it. I got a band-aid and some Mela Gel but the wound just kept on producing blood.

I took a moment to set up the band-aid with the gel as the blood continued to trickle. Suddenly, the lights started to flicker. This was strange because it wasn't stormy or windy outside (something I made sure to take note of). The lights just don't do this on their own. I've lived in this house ever since I was born and the only time these lights would ever flicker is during stormy weather.

Being typical me, I instantly jumped to conclusions and thought it was on the spiritual realm. I said out loud, "stop that." The lights flickered some more. I said, "No." They flickered once more and I firmly said, "Uh-uh," with some sass as in to say 'nope you're not doing that right now' and they stopped. I finished up with my band-aid and continued with my day.

Was this something spiritual or just something really coincidental? Has anyone even experienced something like this and should it be something to worry about? I don't want to fuss over something that could have possibly been natural, but taking into context of knowing how this house ticks, I don't want to overlook something that seemed to respond to blood.

Probably coincidence....and you need to learn to pack broken glass properly!

There are plenty of freakish moments in my life...I catch sight of something in my peripheral vision, turn to look and there's nothing. I have moments of deja vu; flashes of insight that come not as words but like a telepathic shot. And of course there are times when, if something is going to go wrong, it does and moments later "there's a sign".

They're there. They make life interesting. Maybe the Spirits attempting to contact me. Could be the same with you but flickering lights could be supply problems. Did you check?
