OMG, are you ready for my tip? FUN! Lots of fun!
I had this amazing doctor (I had to move after) and she told me: "Child, get a jar of sangria, find a cozy place with your man, drink it all and make love till you pass out! And go to parties, as many as you can! Be happy, laugh, tell jokes, watch movies. Babies like happy moms."
I did follow her advice. I had fun! I relaxed. In a month I was pregnant.
It may be a coincidence but I don't think so. And I know it's easy to get tangled in ovulation tests and such. If you are doing that, throw them away. Relax, and just live your days taking the best out of things you wont be able to do that often when you actually get pregnant. And best wishes for you and the coming baby!

I just posted somewhere else very much related to this... Do you have adrenal issues? Issues in the endocrine system can lead to infertility. I would research herbs for endocrine/adrenal fatigue and see if the symptoms "speak to you." The herbs to look into are Rhodiola, Schizandra and Holy Basil. Women trying to get pregnant have reported amazing things using these herbs, especially Rhodiola. But again, research... everyone reacts differently to herbs.
