Seeing my soulmate crying twice?

I posted once about seeing him cry in my dream. I didn't understand it properly. I saw that dream 2 months ago and just 3 days ago, I had another dream about him crying.
In this dream, I saw he was on his phone and was talking to someone until he collapses into tears. It was a news related to a disease.
Then, I saw myself coming face to face with him. He was in tears and I saw him and was instantly disturbed to see him like that. The final scene I saw was us holding hands.

I don't get it. This is the second time I have seen him cry and in both these crying dreams, I have been with him. He had tears in his eyes in both of my dreams and I am there comforting him.
What does this indicate for us?? Is this a disturbing dream?

i wanna look at the scene as if it's not involving anyone other than yourself.
the character of your 'soulmate' may be representing an aspect of your own
being; specifically, he could be symbolic for your "heart's desire", or the
things that you value beyond all others.
to dream that your heart's desire is intensely sad might indicate that you're
not working towards providing joy into your life. it may be that you've got
expectations (based of immobile judgments?) which are limiting how you
can experience living life joyfully. if you're 'hung up' on having specific forms
in place, and cannot imagine joy existing in any other configuration, those
ideas might translate into a body being sad. it may help to recognize that
your joy, your 'soulmate' is not limited to expressing through one specific
form, he's larger than that, the forms in which he may express are all
existing within him instead.
the phone call would've been with some spiritual adviser who has a more
clear perspective on the situation, and the diagnosis of disease would be
about having a (judgmental) thought in place that's working against healthy
living. the point of it is that you have the means to provide comforting to
your 'soulmate', and cure the illness... as evidenced by you two holding hands
and working together at the dream's conclusion.

But I am no longer sad tbh. I'm just detached from expecting anything good. Kinda like numb or just hopeless.
The thing that worries is me is I have seen myself cry multiple times and I have cried in reality after these dreams ao seeing him cry makes me worried.

Can you elaborate on the holding hands part?

to be numb and "detached" from emotional involvement with your own
self is much worse than to be sad or despondent in most ways, imo.
if you can feel sad, at least you still know you have feelings, and you
can imagine that there exists a level of happiness which matches the
strength of the sadness... and that it's available to be experienced if
you can just figure out how. to be numbed may lead a person to believe
that their emotional receptors have become 'calcified' or deadened...
perhaps with no remedy available [there's always a way however,
while the blood still flows and breaths are drawn].

the holding hands image is relating to you working in partnership
with your own 'inner wisdom', which desires nothing more than
your happiness, and has instinctive knowledge of how to lead you
to living joyously. i'd like to suggest that you do some meditation
exercises, and imagine that your 'soulmate' exists within your
heart. commune with him there, within your meditations, and
get a sense of what activities he'd recommend for you to
engage in. with some practice, you might be able to reliably
conjure up that inspirational influence at a moments notice,
and ask him for advice when you're choosing between options
during your day. i believe that if you follow the directions
provided to you from within your own heart, you'll find yourself
feeling progressively more happy with each passing day. the
point is to set your mind into the service of your heart, and to
not set your heart into serving the whims of your mind. the
head can become too serious, and insist that things must be
a particular way, no matter how it feels (often claiming that
happiness will come about later). the heart isn't bound by
doctrines of logic, and it can permit sillinesses which may
seem non-productive, but are actually fun things to do.
it's said that the path towards joy is one which has happiness
along the way... the mind seems prone to denying that fact.
