Yay, more leftovers. Dinner surprises for the future!
I smoked a pork roast yesterday so we had smoked pork poor boys last night.
I will smoke a couple of chickens today.

Last night I had forgot I had pulled out a couple pounds of deer meat so we didn't have leftovers. Instead I made this concoction with some Poblano peppers that I roasted, peeled off the skin and deseeded and chopped, deer stew meat, beef broth, 2 diced up tomatoes, onions and chili power and cumin. Added 2 diced up potatoes 20 minutes before serving. Man it was good. Can't wait until leftovers in a few days. 
I smoked some country style pork ribs a few days ago. That's what's for dinner tonight. I usually smoke a whole bunch over a few days and then I can dismantle and clean my smoker. Thus the ribs.
While I'm at it, tomorrow night will be smoked chicken again (leftovers). |

That's one weird cat. The owner was almost choking with laughter.
There's something innocently sadistic and quietly satisfying about calmly placing a cucumber behind a cat
