Psiball fun

Has anybody else here experimented with different types of psiballs?

I started experimenting for fun one evening when I was very stressed out and tried making a psiball of negative energy as a way of getting it out of my body. However, While I could feel my stress levels going down, it still wasn't enough, so I put my other hand out and started gathering light energy from my surrounding environment. It worked in that I eventually felt carefree. Then an idea struck me. I put my hands together and melded the energy that was in both hands. I could feel my stress levels go up, but I also felt very lighthearted and cheerful. Naturally, I was under the impression that I made chaos energy.

Later on, I tried making psiballs of dried out air and humid air. The dry air felt like something off of a reptile. It felt like it could easily become statically charged or flammable. It also had a very "sharp" feel to it. The humid air, on the other hand felt very smooth and I could feel it lining the palm of my hand with a chilled, wet feeling.

Has anyone else tried experimenting with different kinds of energy like this?
